Bilfinger-Tebodin

Bilfinger SE is a large multi-national engineering and services group operating in more than 50 countries around the world, providing services for industrial facilities and real estate. In the process of developing an Energy Performance Contract with a large European Manufacturing Organisation Bilfinger and their internal engineering consultancy Tebodin engaged EEVS to provide bespoke M&V Training to enable them to verify the performance of their project in-line with industry best practice protocol the IPMVP.

Morrisons is one of the largest supermarket chains in the UK. Across their logistics and manufacturing sites, Morrisons had implemented a behavioural energy reduction project. EEVS was asked to quantify the performance of the project, enabling tracking against energy savings targets.

Skanska

Skanska is one of the world's leading project development and construction companies. Their "Green Retrofit Programme" aimed to improve the energy performance of two of their own buildings. EEVS' role was to help Skanska understand the effect of the project, whilst accounting for any unrelated changes to the buildings.

Department of Energy & Climate Change

DECC launched a pilot in July 2014 to test the concept of paying organisations to reduce their electricity demand, with payments based on the power they avoid using by installing energy efficiency measures. EEVS has been working with the EDR team at DECC since December 2013, providing advice on "Additionality" and helping to develop a Manual that will guide participants through the process of preparing and submitting their project.

National Express

National Express is the largest scheduled coach service provider in Europe and has installed various energy saving technologies at a number of its sites. EEVS' provision of comprehensive performance analysis enabled the results to be communicated internally, concluding the business case and driving the uptake of further savings initiatives.

Energy Performance Contract from Danfoss Solutions

Danfoss Solutions

The Danfoss Group is one of the largest industrial companies in Denmark. After entering into an energy performance contract with Imperial Tobacco, EEVS was selected to independently review the measurement and verification (M&V) procedures for the energy baseline, which helped build confidence in the agreement on both sides of the contract.

Marston's Inns & Taverns own and operate five breweries and over 2000 pubs in the UK. The avoided kWh consumption for a rollout of Voltage Power Optimisation technology was guaranteed by the technology supplier, so it was essential that the achievements of the project were properly verified.

Anesco

Anesco has delivered renewable and energy-saving technologies to Mid Devon District Council across three leisure centres, an office building and a car park as part of an energy savings performance contract (ESPC). EEVS is providing ongoing independent measurement and verification (M&V) for the project, so that all parties have a clear view of the savings delivered.
