The value of our services is rooted in the expertise of our people. EEVS evaluation often underpins the economics of major Energy Performance Contracts, so our clients need to know that our analysis and authoring standards are of the highest calibre.
All our work is underpinned by the principles of good practice defined in the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol - IPMVP. It is a requirement of IPMVP (Vol 1 EVO 10000-1:2010 section 1.1) that adherent measurement and verification work is carried out by a suitably qualified analyst, so EEVS has invested to ensure we have more qualified practitioners in IPMVP than any other UK organisation.
The term 'CMVP' denotes 'Certified Measurement and Verification Professional' - a qualified practitioner in IPMVP. Certification is provided by the Efficiency Valuation Organization (EVO) and the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). An energy analyst must be able to demonstrate substantial relevant experience to attain CMVP status. Qualified practitioners with less experience are able to use the title CMVP-IT (In Training).
Our analysis team is able to offer a scalable, adaptable service level, with the right level of depth for the complexity of your project. Quality is always assured through an internal peer review process, with all analytical work undertaken or supervised by a CMVP. More information on the CMVP qualification can be found on the EVO website
